Thinking of Selling Your Home?

You Have Come to the Right Place!

You've probably noticed how “For Sale” signs have begun lingering. That's because the housing market is changing. As a result, it takes experience, exposure, a little creativity and a team that can manage all the details for you to reach a successful sale in this slower market.

The first thing we offer our clients is the knowledge and experience we have gained after successfully selling homes in good markets and bad. Listed below is how we will help you sell you home in less time for more money.

Step #1
Prepare Your House for Sale

We can tell you what improvements to make and which to avoid. We’ll help you expertly stage your house inside and out to maximize your impact with potential buyers and stand out from the competition. When needed, we can also provide contractors and even professional stagers to help you accomplish this goal.
Truly Outstanding Photography
80% or more of today’s buyers will see your home on the internet.
The wrong pictures can mean that your buyers will skip your property moving on the next without ever stepping foot inside your house.

Step #2
Determine Value and Target Market

Every home is special. Highlighting the features of your home, properly positioning it with your competition and then targeting our marketing effort toward your most likely group/s of potential buyers is the most effective way we have of selling your home quickly and for the most money.

Step #3
Communication

We understand how busy people are in today’s world. We will design a regular plan of communication that fits your lifestyle and keeps you informed.

The day of the open house, we will place directional signs in the neighborhood and stay onsite throughout the entire open house to meet and greet prospective buyers.

Step #5

If we learn something positive or negative about your home, we’ll be sure to share it with you and make changes accordingly.
