After a previous nightmare with a real estate transaction, when it came time to look for our first home as a newly married couple we were very hesitant. Originally, we attempted to act as our own buyers' agent. What a mistake that was! We wish we would have found Annie sooner and made our experience so much easier.
We contacted Annie to see a house that she was listing, and after we fell in love with the house, we decided to use Annie as our agent because of her professionalism and knowledge. She walked us through the home buying process and made it seamless (and nonetheless, painless). She was acting as the Buyers' Agent and the Sellers' Agent for the property transaction and showed no bias or conflict whatsoever.
We would highly recommend Annie to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I would say we would use her again, but we are so happy with our new HOME, we have no intention of moving! Annie is a true professional in the ever-maddening real estate world and we simply cannot put into words how highly we would recommend her to anyone!

Annie thanks for all your help in selling the house. From the beginning I knew that someone was looking out for our best interests. In today’s market I was afraid that selling the house would take forever. But with your research and advice the house was under contract to sell sooner and at a higher profit than I ever expected. I also appreciated how you followed up with inspectors and others after the offer was accepted to make sure that settlement was not delayed. Your attention and actions were as if you were selling your own home. Looking back I have no doubt that choosing you to list the house was the right decision and I will recommend you to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home in the future.

Annie was quite possibly the best realtor we could have asked for! We were first time home buyers, and she was very patient with us as we looked at a million homes! She was always very honest with us on what she thought of some of the homes we looked at, making sure we wouldn't settle for anything sub par! She always made sure that we wouldn't run into financial turmoil down the road, letting us know if she felt that payments would be too high, or taxes, or even repairs and upkeeping. In the end, we ended up with a wonderful first home...and we've made a great friend with Annie as well! Couldn't have asked for anything better!
